Turkey Day!

I'd just like to take a moment to say that I am making my first Thanksgiving dinner today. Brother Dan and I began our hard work last night, chopping all the ingredients for today and I made cranberry-orange sauce and a new batch of sugared pecans (since some people in my house couldn't keep their paws out of the first batch!) and we resumed work early this morning, making the stuffing and stuffin' it in the bird, preparing the cheese platter, etc etc etc.... now just a quick break at home to post on the blog and change clothes, then back across the street to get the potatoes and green beans and so on and so on all ready. Don't worry, I'll post pics of the meal later!

PS- wish Casey luck on the pies... things are a little iffy at the moment ;-)
